1. Who we are
Nara (operated by Nara, Baku, Azerbaijan) provides a chef-curated meal-subscription service and dashboard (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
We offer subscriptions to chef-prepared meals. A chef curates a daily menu; meals are matched to the dietary information you provide and delivered to the address you set. You do not select individual meals — the kitchen curates them.
3. Allergens & dietary information
Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, fish, etc.). We use the allergies and restrictions in your profile to filter meals on a best-effort basis, but we cannot guarantee a meal is free of any allergen or trace. You are responsible for keeping your dietary profile accurate and complete, and if you have a severe allergy you should confirm suitability with the kitchen before consuming. Nara is not liable for reactions arising from incomplete or inaccurate dietary information you provide.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Subscription terms, pricing and renewals are arranged directly with Nara. Payments are handled off-platform; we do not collect or store card details through the Service. Cancellations and changes are handled by contacting us.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the address and map location you provide. To fulfil delivery we share your name, delivery address and phone number with the courier handling your order (an in-house courier or a third-party delivery provider). Please ensure your delivery details and map pin are correct.
6. Acceptable use
Use the Service only for its intended purpose and provide accurate information. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nara is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Azerbaijan.
