Nara (operated by Nara, Baku, Azerbaijan) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
1. What we collect
- Account: name, email, username, phone number.
- Delivery: address, district, and the precise map location (coordinates) you set.
- Dietary & health profile: allergies, restrictions, dislikes, preferred cuisines, and optional body metrics (weight, height, calorie/protein targets) you choose to provide — used to curate suitable meals.
- Activity: orders, delivery status, and messages you exchange with staff.
2. Why we use it
To curate and prepare meals matching your dietary needs, generate and deliver your daily orders, communicate with you, keep records of your subscription, and operate and improve the Service.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share the minimum necessary:
- Couriers (in-house or a third-party delivery provider) receive your name, delivery address and phone number, solely to deliver your order.
- Service providers that host and run the platform (e.g. cloud hosting, database, and transactional-email providers) process data on our behalf.
Payments are arranged off-platform — we do not collect or store payment-card data.
4. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and data.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data, and update your dietary profile at any time in the app. To exercise any right, contact us at @eat.nara.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data (encrypted transport, hashed passwords, access controls). No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
